What can I say? Not one negative thing. I am a retired correctional officer and wanted a one and a quarter inch badge to wear on a necklace. The folks at Badge set went over all the details for the special design keeping me informed along the way as the badge was being made and of the shipping. I received the badge and I noticed I was unable to wear it on my chain because I did not fully explain what I wanted exactly. Reluctantly I E-mailed Badge set and without any question they turned me over to there design department who went over the details and made me a new badge. I received the new badge a short time later and it is beautiful. There was no additional cost, Thank you so much Badge set and everyone that worked with me. Great, Great service!!!

The communication with the customer leaves much to be desired. There was a somewhat longer delay than the 3 weeks for customization called for. I had to inquire why in order to find why. There was a supplier issue. Then there is nothing on there website to find out previous order and the progress of the order. There was also no packing slip.

Great badge for both novelty and field use. I do not know how it would wear with sweat and abrasion but it seems like it’s pretty decent and even has a little belt clip on the back so pretty cool.

Please please don’t buy from one of those outrageously priced badge companies like Blackington, or Smith & Warren, the badges from BADGESET are equally if not better quality, and take half the time to get, even on a custom order center seal.
Shipping was fairly quick for a customizable badge. Badge itself is very beautiful, well made, and has some weight to it. Detail is very impressive. Definitely recommend it, especially if you can get it at a discount
