The communication with the customer leaves much to be desired. There was a somewhat longer delay than the 3 weeks for customization called for. I had to inquire why in order to find why. There was a supplier issue. Then there is nothing on there website to find out previous order and the progress of the order. There was also no packing slip.

The badge cut off the inscription and was total crap. Use a different vendor and safe yourself from the migraine. I also never received a proof, picture, or anything else to verify what I was paying for. Never again.
