Wrong color on badge and Wrong color on state seal. I can't wear this badge and they didn't want to remake or give me my money back.
Store owner replied: Your statement is untrue, and we can't believe you would slander us like this. You deleted our WhatsApp chat history before leaving this review. The order you placed had red text, while our website's Texas logo is blue. We manufactured the product according to your order. You placed two orders with us; the first had black text, and the second had red text. We have verified this and delivered the product exactly according to your specifications.
I love the product the only thing I'm not fond of is the price. I will be getting more for coworkers.
I received my badge a few weeks ago but it was the wrong design. Badge Set made it good by re-verifying my design and made a new one for me. I got it today and it's perfect.

Review: Custom Police Badge I’m really happy with the badge overall. The quality is very good, with nice bold detailing, and the silver coating looks great as well. I’m genuinely impressed, especially for the price—it’s brilliant value. One downside is that I would have liked a few more options for the centre badge design, particularly for security features, without needing to go fully custom. On my badge, the spacing in the top “SECURITY” text is slightly off—around the “R I T” section, the “I” sits a bit too close. I’m not sure if that was a software issue or something from my order sheet. Other than those small issues, it’s perfectly fine and I’m happy with it overall.
The badge is very good quality. The only down fall is it does take a long time to get the product.
