What can I say? Not one negative thing. I am a retired correctional officer and wanted a one and a quarter inch badge to wear on a necklace. The folks at Badge set went over all the details for the special design keeping me informed along the way as the badge was being made and of the shipping. I received the badge and I noticed I was unable to wear it on my chain because I did not fully explain what I wanted exactly. Reluctantly I E-mailed Badge set and without any question they turned me over to there design department who went over the details and made me a new badge. I received the new badge a short time later and it is beautiful. There was no additional cost, Thank you so much Badge set and everyone that worked with me. Great, Great service!!!

Amazingly quick turn around, simple ordering process, and a wonderful memento of my service. The badge is a little thicker then I expected, but it's of high quality and I would happily order again for my badge needs.
