Store owner replied: We are stepping up the design process, and we have now added a service dog.

Make the badges actual badge size and bring down the thickness to match actual badges. This badge was an expensive paper weight that I cannot use while on duty or even to carry in my wallet. Wish I would have spent the extra money on a real badge from a place that actually guarantees 100% satisfaction and follows through with it! Horrible customer service from you guys as well. Will never recommend or use your crappy company ever again.

Our material is zinc alloy, which is die-casted in one mold.
